 Manhasset Bay Cat, ch.g, 16.1h, 2003 This guy is very kind and quiet. He is a good mover and very willing- He is in pretty poor shape right now, but should fill out a bunch as he gets some groceries. Off the track since 2007, don't know what he has been doing but he was brought to the sale by a dealer who traded out a QH and does not "do thoroughbreds." His halter was so tight we had to cut it off him- the sores are healing. Good bone and feet. Has some superficial scars on his front legs- otherwise clean, sound, & no vices. Very people oriented. Update: MBC has put on a lot of weight, and his coat looks much better. He is going very well- unfortunately a vet exam revealed that at some point (probably in his racing career) he had an old suspensory strain on his RF so he is not suitable as an expensive resale prospect (although he looks and acts the part), but he can go on and event, show, etc. at the local levels.
